The Center of Overseas Study is an organization that contacts universities abroad and guides students through the procedures necessary to study in a foreign country. IBS has established relationships with worldwide universities to cooperate in educational projects. The Center of Overseas Study provides students with extensive services by being familiar with the policies and stipulations of different countries, and informing students of study abroad options, curriculum, enrollment requirements as well as giving information about the financial cost of studying and living abroad. The staff of the Center are responsible and always willing to answer relative questions raised by the students or their parents, and offer them guidance and help.

出国留学指导中心是帮助我院学生办理出国留学等事宜的专门联络和指导机构。目前，我院已同国外部分大学建立了联合办学关系。出国留学指导中心的工作人员根据不同国家接受留学生的政策和规定，以严谨扎实的工作作风，热情周到地为学生介绍国外大学的背景、专业设置、入学条件、学习生活费用等情况，解答学生和家长提出的有关出国留学的问题，对学生出国留学及就业给予指导和帮助。
